Kanye West told somebody, somewhere he will not apologize again for shouting "but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time", during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech to MTV audience on Sunday.

"I have apologized one time. The apology was accepted by Taylor, by my imaginary friends, who I know. I am not apologizing again," said the tone deaf rapper.

West told somebody he'd had a "town hall" moment.

West noted that he had apologized to Taylor on Sunday via Twitter, adding, "That is sufficient." The apology was delivered via Twitter to the world, and was accepted publicly by Taylor.

That means West will likely be brought to the well of the MTV offices this upcoming week so Viacom CEO, Philippe P. Dauman, can sanction him with a resolution of "disapproval."

"My view is that the apology to Taylor, to MTV, her acceptance, MTV's -- people know my civility. They know that this was a one-time event, and it was out of frustration."
